Pineapple Paw Prints does not accept returns because of the custom nature of our products. However if you have a problem or the product is damaged upon delivery please contact us for a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
